cancellation policy

 

Our cancellation policy here at West River Camping is as follows:

*** If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your check in date, a $20+tax cancellation fee applies. You will be refunded your total booking fees minus the $20+tax fee.  

***If you cancel between 13 – 3 days prior to your check in date, you will be charged 1 night stay regardless of how many nights you are booked. For example, if you are booked 3 nights and cancel 12 days before your stay, you will receive a refund for 2 of those 3 nights. 

***If you cancel 2 days or less prior to your check in date, there is no refund.

All cancellations request must be emailed to westrivercamping@hotmail.com with the reservation number stated in order to be completed.  Emails sent after office closing hours, will be dated and considered received as of the next day.

 

Book Your Stay

when is the best time to book?

Since our cancellation policy allows lots of time to cancel before your stay, the earlier the better. Our wood-fired hot tubs are hard to book once you arrive, so we recommend booking your site and reserving your hot tub ASAP. 

You can book for our regular season that starts on May 20, 2021 online anytime during the year. You can add a hot tub “add-on” once you’ve selected your site if there’s one available during your stay. Plan ahead and book your stay today!
